Exchange and Return Policies
General Conditions
- Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. If the exchange is for an item of higher value, a store credit or voucher valid for 6 months will be issued.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with intact packaging and tags. Personalized or adjusted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of payment is required to process any request.
Exchange Process
1. In-Store: Exchanges can be made directly at any of our physical stores by bringing the product and proof of purchase.
2. Online Purchases:
- Email us at sales@lacano.com.co with the following information:
- Order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Reason for the exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Returns
- In-Store Purchases: Returns are processed as store credit.
- Online Purchases: A credit will be issued for use on our website.
- Internal Note: Refunds are not issued unless specially approved. In such cases, inform the client that the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on their financial institution.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The client is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error in the order or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
1. Contact us immediately at sales@lacano.com.co.
2. Include images of the product and your order number.
3. We will evaluate your case and, if approved, cover return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional charge.
Exceptions
- Personalized, adjusted, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or return.
